JR Brothers Junk Removal (“JR Brothers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice describes the information we collect, why we use it, when service providers may process it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup ZIP code, requested service, job description, scheduling or access notes, and any photos or videos you choose to upload. We also keep information about the status of your inquiry and completed service so we can manage the customer relationship.
Our website host and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
2. How we use information
We use information to prepare estimates, contact you about your request, schedule and perform junk-removal services, provide customer support, maintain business records, prevent abuse, secure the website, and follow up with past customers about services they may need.
Submitting the form authorizes us to contact you about that request by phone or email. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing messages.
3. Photos and videos
Uploaded media is used to understand the job, estimate volume and labor, prepare for access or safety needs, and communicate with you about service. Upload only media you are authorized to share, and avoid including sensitive documents, financial information, people who have not consented, or anything unrelated to the requested work.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including to website hosting and storage providers, email-delivery providers, contractors supporting our services, professional advisers, or authorities when required by law. These providers process information for the services they perform for us.
The website currently uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and private storage, and Resend for lead-notification emails.
5. Retention and security
We retain inquiries, job records, and attachments for as long as reasonably needed for estimates, service, customer follow-up, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Records may be archived or deleted when no longer needed. You may request deletion as described below, subject to exceptions required or permitted by law.
We use access controls and private storage designed to limit customer information to the authorized owner account. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit highly sensitive information through the estimate form.
6. Your choices and California privacy rights
You may ask us to provide information about data associated with you, correct inaccurate information, or delete information we hold. Depending on applicable California law and any legal exceptions, you may have additional rights to know, correct, or delete personal information and to receive equal service when exercising those rights.
JR Brothers does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a privacy request, email admin@jrbjunkremoval.com or call (209) 851-0259. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
7. Children’s privacy
This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. External links
Our website may link to third-party services, such as Google review pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
9. Policy updates
We may revise this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date at the top will show when it was last updated. Material changes will be posted on this page.
